Since 1985, BAE Systems has been delivering a unique multiple agency, multi-service, and international program providing logistics and technical support for more than 300 instrumentation radar systems for 25 test range customers worldwide
Field Support Representatives, supported by a central depot, provide a range of Readiness and Sustainment services to ensure these vitally important radars are available.

Electronic Warfare
In the US our performance based logistics service on the ALQ-126B electronic warfare countermeasure system has increased availability from 50 per cent to 99.8 per cent. The system is used on more than 700 Navy and U.S. Marine Corps F/A- 18 A-D and AV-8B aircraft.
The success of this program was recognised in 2009 when the US Navy and BAE Systems were awarded the US Secretary of Defense Performance-Based Logistics Award.

Our customer training enables the transfer of product and operational knowledge to our customers, providing the confidence and assurance required to meet the demands of force readiness.
Our depth and breadth of engineering knowledge and experience enables us to respond rapidly to our customer needs – providing specialist technical advice and expertise to meet the challenging and varying demands of operational requirements.
By adopting a partnering approach our Information Management is aligned with cross business processes to provide comprehensive functionality through a range of integrated applications.
We provide a range of general support services underpinning all Readiness and Sustainment operations. Our Foundation Services support the continued delivery of operational requirements through the provision of facilities, infrastructure and other enablers such as security, safety, commercial services or human resources.
