Colour_preview

Colour is a powerful means of visual recognition and the BAE Systems Colour Palette creates a strong and consistent look across all our communications. The strong colours of the BAE Systems Colour Palette will give impact and stand-out, but should be used appropriately, depending on the audience and the tone of the communication.

What does colour apply to?

Colour applies to all of the areas of the company, signage, livery, online, printed brochures, events and exhibitions. Refer to the individual sections to see how particular materials and finishes are specified.

Tints

All solid colours except the Corporate Red can be tinted using the values below. Do not tint the gradients.

Gradients

Colour gradients are an key element of the new visual style, creating a dynamic and vibrant element that can be used with flat colour, image, type and the Keylines. Do not create any gradients other than those shown.

Hexadecimal

Please refer to the Digital Media Team for digital specifications.

Corporate Red and Red Gradient

Corporate Red is the colour of our Logo, and a cornerstone of our communications across all countries and markets. Either as solid colour or as the Red Gradient, it should be used only as a counterpoint on materials, and never in large areas on covers, or as a tint.
