The Code of Conduct was communicated to employees in 2009 through team briefings.
Maintaining high standards of business conduct is essential to enhance our overall business performance, build trust, and maintain and improve our reputation with stakeholders.
We believe visible leadership is essential to embed a culture of Total Performance and responsible business conduct among employees at all levels and wherever they work in the world.
The Group’s Code of Conduct sets out the principles and standards we require all our employees to adopt. Used in conjunction with our Responsible Trading Principles , it supports our business activities.
