ir Mission Support & Services (AMSS)
AMSS is responsible for supporting the UK armed forces to ensure mission effectiveness of their in-service fixed wing fleet (excluding Typhoon).
Air Mission Support & Services will also provide clear leadership to our US programmes strengthening our focus on this key market.
The business has programme responsibility for E3D Sentry, Nimrod, VC10, Hawk UK, Harrier, Tornado, F35 Lightning II, T45 Goshawk and AV8B, Air Mission Support & Services is also responsible for training; a business growth area in its own right
Autonomous Systems & Future Capability (AS&FC)
Responsible for addressing the emerging global market opportunities created by autonomous systems and related / supporting technologies and to maintain the Company's position as a leader in military aircraft technologies
Typhoon Mission Support & International Programmes (TMS&IP)
Responsible for delivering, through international collaboration and partnership, relevant through-life mission capability for combat and training aircraft to Air Forces across the globe.
This business has responsibility for three market sectors:
Typhoon Mission Support, defined as all activity associated with our subcontract responsibilities to EF GmbH and the 4 Core Nations (Germany, Spain, Italy and the UK), in addition to our operations at RAF Coningsby which are focussed on maximising mission effectiveness.
International Programmes, covering all Hawk and Typhoon International contracts and business acquisition opportunities.
Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Programmes and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Home Market Support, which, under the leadership of CS&S International, includes supply chain responsibilities for:
1. Tornado and Typhoon
2. Hawk aircraft and training systems
3. Weapons and role equipment
4. In-Kingdom Industrial Participation (IKIP) expectation.
