Michael Hartnall
Michael Hartnall joined the Board in 2003 following his retirement from the Board of Rexam plc where he was Finance Director. He was a director of Rexam for 14 years, prior to which he held senior positions with a numbers of manufacturing companies.
In 1998 he was a member of the Hampel Committee on corporate governance. He is a non-executive director of Lonmin plc and a former non-executive director of Elementis plc. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
He is Chairman of the Audit Committee.
